Freeze-stable, guaranteed clean-cut results. Neutral flavour version can be also used to make fresh liquid cream stable and firmer when whipped.

They can be sugar- or fat-based, designed to achieve a range of textures, melt characteristics, colors, and flavors, with no direct heat apart from friction during production. Topping Solutions
SCAGLIETTA
Small, shiny flakes of pure chocolate with an irregular shape. They can be used as are fined decoration for chocolate bonbons as well as a precious ingredient to enhance ice creams and refrigerated desserts.
CODETTA
Pure chocolate sprinkles, small chocolate vermicelli, cylindrical and shiny, they are perfect for decorating all pure chocolate sprinkles (min. 36% cocoa).
GRANELLA
Chocolate chips, irregularly shaped, very useful in pastry and ice cream making. Thanks to its special composition, it is ideal for baked goods.
